Muscle car and SUV collide in the new 2018 Dodge Durango SRT. This powerful SUV takes its ques from the Dodge Challenger by boasting a 475 horsepower 6.4 liter Hemi V8. The Durango SRT remains a full-size SUV with a max towing capacity of 8,600 pounds.
Still not impressed? The new Durango SRT has been fitted with seven drive modes that change several powertrain parameters such as the stability control thresholds, active noise cancellation, and the all-wheel-drive-system. Those systems are Sport, Track, Snow, Tow, Eco, Valet, and Street.
Dodge has made an SUV for the sports car lover at heart. Due to hit showrooms at the end of the year, Dodge is calling this the "most powerful and capable" three-row SUV. Dodge is keeping hush hush with the pricing and fuel economy for now, but we're sure to hear more details later in the year.
In the video below you can witness the power of the 2018 Durango SRT, Dodge's high performance and sporty SUV.
