A four-wheel drive configuration is available, however it is standard on the Trailhawk trim level. The base engine is a 2.4L inline-4 that produces 180 horsepower and 171 lb-ft of torque. The first optional engine is a 2.0L turbocharged inline-4 that generates 270 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. The second optional engine is a 3.2L V6 that creates 271 horsepower and 239 lb-ft of torque.
2020 Toyota RAV4 Power & Handling
There is just one engine powering the Toyota RAV4. This 2.5L 4-cylinder engine produces 203 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque. The only transmission match is an 8-speed automatic transmission. The standard drivetrain configuration offered is FWD but an AWD configuration is offered.

In the 2020 model year, Jeep offers the Cherokee in five trims. There are six RAV4 trim levels for the 2020 model year. The base model, called the LE, comes with a 6-speaker sound system, LED headlights, Apple and Android smartphone integration, a USB port, and a 7” touchscreen. The other trims add a power liftgate, automatic dual-zone climate control, an 8” touchscreen, navigation, heated front seats, and an 11-speaker JBL audio system. There are two capable trims, the Adventure and TRD Off-Road but they can’t compete with the Cherokee’s Trailhawk.
