1. Direct Connection Performance Parts beginning with "770..." installed by a Dodge Power Brokers Dealership are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for 24 months/unlimited miles from date of purchase for both parts and labor. Direct Connection parts when installed/replaced by a Dodge Power Brokers Dealership on an FCA US LLC vehicle still covered by the FCA US LLC New Vehicle Basic Limited Warranty are warranted for the remainder of the 3-Year/36,000-Mile New Vehicle Basic Limited Warranty and the 5-Year/60,000-mile Powertrain limited warranty’ or the Direct Connection 24-Month Basic Limited Warranty from the original installation date, whichever is more favorable to the customer. CUSTOMER MUST KEEP ORIGINAL RECEIPT.

2. Parts with the "50-States Street Legal" logo are considered "Street Legal" by Executive Order. These add-on or modified parts are considered "Street Legal" because they have an Executive Order from the State of California. FCA US LLC has demonstrated through emission testing that the use of these parts does not adversely affect vehicle emissions of production vehicles with certified emission control systems. Those parts that have been granted an exemption by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) or meet the EPA requirements of memorandum 1A are legal for highway use in California, New York and Massachusetts and are noted as such. Federal law, and many state, provincial and local laws, impose vehicle emissions and safety standards that prohibit the use of a motor vehicle on public streets and highways if the vehicle is not compliant with such standards. FCA US LLC customers are responsible for complying with applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws, including environmental and safety laws, and for determining whether their modified vehicle complies with such laws.
